Public Safety Awareness Day - Fun For All Ages

All proceeds support the NIPSTA Foundation in providing specialized training to local fire, police, and public works employees.  Contributions also support educational programs that improve community safety. 

The NIPSTA Foundation is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation that is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.  The Foundation is a tax-exempt entity pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the federal Internal Revenue Code.

Specifically, the Foundation supports:

• Development of public safety curricula;
• Design and implementation of training props;
• Expansion of NIPSTA facilities, programs, and services;
• Enhancement of emergency preparedness and response, and;
• Improvements in community safety that result from better-trained personnel.
