Driver Simulation Training for Law Enforcement
NIPSTA presents this interactive training program to help ensure that law enforcement vehicle operators use proper driving skills, which, in turn, reduce the frequency and severity of vehicle-related accidents. Real-life experiences are available on state-of-the-art driving simulators, providing participants with training that cannot be replicated on the road.
This one-day program is complemented by classroom presentations that enable drivers to practice high-risk tasks, such as driving in severe weather, maneuvering through traffic, and managing dangerous intersections in response to emergency situations.
