Refund Notice:
Enrollment cancellations must be received no later than 7 days before the first day of class in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the first day of class will be entitled to a 50% refund. If the student registered for the course is unable to attend, then a substitute is permitted. Students who do not cancel their enrollment will be assessed the entire course fee. NIPSTA reserves the right to cancel a course. Notice of course cancellation will be provided to students at least 7 days prior to the first day of class. Course cancellation with less than 7 days notice will only be made in the event of an emergency.
