NIPSTA Foundation
Chicago area businesses and individuals have a unique opportunity to support emergency first responders who live and work in their own communities. Financial contributions to the Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy (NIPSTA) Foundation will provide fire, police, and public works personnel with much-needed training assets and resources.
The NIPSTA Foundation was established in 2006 as an Illinois not-for-profit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The Foundation solicits and receives public and private donations, gifts, grants, memorials, and bequests of money, property, and services. Cash donations and in-kind support are tax-exempt to the extent permitted by law.
Funding from local sources supports the development of the 20-acre NIPSTA Campus, which is recognized as the premier facility of its kind. As the curriculum expands and new training props are added, public safety professionals at the local, state, and national levels will continue to receive high-quality, hands-on instruction that is not available elsewhere in Illinois.
