NIPSTA presents these two half-day training programs to help departments comply with the Illinois Department of Labor"s mandatory Respirator Use Standard (OSHA 1910.134) policy.
Classroom and manipulative skills training will take place for both the Air-Purifying Respirator (APR) and the Immediate Danger to Life or Health (IDLH - i.e. Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus and Supplied-Air Respirator) programs.
